Previously, he served as CEO of Rentease (BD) Ltd., managing AWP operations in Bangladesh and supporting international expansion. He was also Director of Sarens Bangladesh, where he launched operations in 2015 and expanded business into Thailand and Myanmar.

Beyond corporate leadership, Mr. Subail is Director of Save Medical Limited, contributing to healthcare development. His expertise in renewable energy includes key roles at Rahimafrooz Renewable Energy Ltd. (RREL), where he led the second-largest off-grid solar project globally (650+ KWp) under BPDB. He has also worked as a technical consultant for ULAB’s USAID renewable energy project and Telus International for Google Bangla development.

A graduate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from KUET, he holds an MBA from the University of Dhaka and has pursued Doctorate of Business Administration and PGD in Cost Management. He has trained professionals at Flaments Consultants, Youth Carnival, JCI, KUET, BRAC University, and Rahimafrooz and served as Industrial Advisor at Green University.

Mr. Subail has received the “Occupational Ergonomics Award” (IEOM, 2022) and “Most Aspiring Member” (JCI Dhaka West, 2016). He has published research on climate change and local wisdom and regularly contributes as a columnist for Prothom Alo, Manabzamin, and The Business Standard.
