He has received extensive professional training in core banking, risk management, internal control and compliance, anti-money laundering, and customer service. Passionate about FinTech and the digital transformation of the financial sector, he actively engages with the Internet Governance Forum under UN supervision.

He is also a fellow of the Bangladesh School of Internet Governance (bdSIG) and the Asia Pacific School of Internet Governance (APSIG).
