Dr. Farhana Ferdousi is the Director of Grameen Bank and the BBA Program at Southeast Business School, Southeast University, where she also serves as an Associate Professor. She is a Director at SR Asia and a Trustee Member of the Bangladesh Society for Private University Academics (BSPUA). Previously, she was the Director of the Institute of Research & Training (IRT) at Southeast University.

Dr. Ferdousi holds degrees in Management and HRM from the University of Dhaka and a PhD in Economics from Wuhan University. Her research focuses on social entrepreneurship, micro-credit, women’s entrepreneurship, and sustainable development, with numerous publications in international journals and book chapters.

She actively engages in business plan competitions, debates, and SDG initiatives, consulting for national and international NGOs. She has led research on child waste workers and renewable energy for rural women entrepreneurs and frequently participates as a panel speaker in global forums and conferences.
