He has directly engaged with over 5,000+ students across Bangladesh, including more than 3,000 female participants, through workshops, mentorship programs, and institutional training sessions focused on communication, leadership, and personal development.

As the Founder of NextGen Doctors, he has built a nationwide student network across 22+ universities and 40+ colleges, focusing on youth empowerment, skill development, and leadership grooming.

He has delivered 38+ high-impact training sessions at leading institutions including the Bangladesh Army-affiliated establishments, Bangladesh Navy-affiliated programs, University of Dhaka, Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB), Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST), University of Chittagong, and other reputed academic platforms.

He has also received recognition and acknowledgment from the Royal Danish Embassy (Denmark), reflecting engagement in international-level youth development initiatives.Through his work in national-level workshops and institutional programs, he has developed experience engaging with diplomats, government officials, and international representatives, strengthening his ability in cross-cultural communication, professional coordination, and leadership facilitation.His work has also been associated with global youth and development-focused platforms, including exposure linked to initiatives connected with UNESCO-related youth programs, UN-Habitat, UNEP, and IOM ecosystems, contributing to his broader understanding of global youth development and policy-oriented engagement.His training style is practical, interactive, and results-oriented, focusing on long-term behavioral and skill transformation rather than theoretical learning.

Shahriar is also a high-performance endurance athlete. He is a gold medalist in long-distance running (21KM) under the Bangladesh Olympic Association Marathon (M24 category) and a 100KM ultra-marathon finisher, reflecting discipline, resilience, and mental strength.
