Built entirely without external funding, the platform reflects relentless dedication, grassroots leadership, and an uncompromising commitment to impact.
Through determination and consistency, the founders have created opportunities where none existed,directly reaching thousands of students across the country.To date, NextGen Doctors has impacted over 5,000 students, including 3,000 girls, reinforcing a strong commitment to inclusivity and empowerment. With 35+ workshops conducted nationwide, the platform has actively shaped student growth in communication, leadership, and real-world capacity building.NextGen Doctors has also engaged with respected institutions, including Bangladesh Army, Bangladesh Navy affiliated institutes & many universities, school & colleges delivering high-impact sessions focused on youth development and future readiness.Under this partnership, NextGen Doctors will take a leading role in designing and implementing programs for school, college, and university students under CSTPD’s broader vision.
